East Wintergarden, London, E14
Based on the Wintergardens in New York's Battery Park, it boasts a spectacular 27m high arched glass atrium, with 682 sq meters of patterned marble floor and steamed beechwood wall paneling.
Opened in October 2003, the East Wintergarden can be found on Cabot Square in Canary Wharf.
As one of London’s newest and most contemporary venues, the East Wintergarden is distinctively diverse compared to the historical buildings of the West End and City.
The unique light and elegant area of the Main Room works perfectly for exhibitions, cocktail receptions, product launches and dinners, in addition to hosting sporting events, including the Canary Wharf Squash Classic tournament. The Main Room comes complete with a truss, which the Motor Show used to ‘fly’ numerous automotive objects in 2006.
Spanning the full width of the venue, the Gallery, which overlooks Jubilee Park and the waterfront promenade of Heron Quay, is also available to hire for smaller functions for up to 250 guests, providing additional space for reception drinks, lounge bars or a games area.| Main Room | ||
